iVisor AG for iPad 2 White

This is the best purchase I've made for my iPad 2. It works amazingly well. I reccomend the ivisor to everyone I know with apple products. I'm personally cheap and hard to please and I say this is worth the money and love it. I can't fine one complaint. Bottom line: buy it. (Posted on 4/21/13)

I hardly write reviews. There are few things in the day and age of throw away items that warrants one. However, I felt a need to share with anyone sitting on the fence about buying this screen protector.

I almost choked on a cow when I initially purchased this. However, I wanted something that was simple to put on, and this fit the bill. There were no sprays or squeegees or other things that had to be done to put it on. Simply peel the backing and apply. I installed it while riding in a vehicle, and I did it in less than two minutes, with no air bubbles and no lint or dust or fingerprints.

I was extremely impressed with it's thickness. I was not worried at all about whether cases would fit on it, as most cases only come to the edge and not over the actual front. Besides, while being thick, it's not that thick. Most screen protectors are super thin and flimsy, which also makes them difficult to apply. This one was thick and had substance. It was also fairly rigid, so it installed quite nicely.

One of the other reviewers was quite right about having no issues at all with touchscreen capabilities. This provides a smooth touch surface and provides optimum protection while delivering maximum performance. There is no creasing on the edges, no peeling.

So, besides no liquids and squeegees and bubbles and fingerprints, the thing that I'm really giving this five stars about is it's protection. Other than an otterbox or survivor case, there is no other screen protector on the market that I believe can do what this one can. My daughter dropped my Ipad on the gravel in our driveway. Facedown. Case open. My heart stopped and I just knew I was going to have costly repairs. When I picked up my Ipad, there was a huge gouge in the screen. When I removed the screen protector, lo and behold, the screen was perfect. Not a scratch, not a hint that it was anything but brand new out of the box. I went that day and bought another, only this time I bought the XT (cause it's clear, not AG).

Bottom line is, I will only purchase these for my devices. There is no other screen protector that could have delivered the protection that this one did. You can tell as soon as you take them out of the package and feel how flimsy they are. Will they prevent smudges to your screen? Yes. Will they prevent fingerprints? Yes. Scratch protection? Minimally, yes. Gravel protection or impact protection? Not likely. I know most people don't have to worry about gravel, but honestly, if it holds up to a rock, think what else it will hold up to. Buy what you want, but if you want true protection, this is the screen protector for you. (Posted on 12/31/12)

Well my sister, brother, and I all got iPad 2s for Christmas. We wanted screen protectors so that we aren't constantly worried about scratching the screen or getting smudges on it. Since I'm in high school I love bringing it to school and using it. We all bought these and they are great. VERY easy installation with NO BUBBLES! It lines up perfectly. It feels thick, but as soon as you put it on you don't even notice it is there. I have the Brookstone iPad case with the Bluetooth keyboard (AMAZING CASE) and it still fits perfectly. Since it is a matte finish it helps reduce glare from the sun and it gives the screen a nice feel. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good screen protector. When you think about it, a $30 protector for a device that would be $600 to replace is definitely worth it! (Posted on 3/8/12)

This screen protector is definitely the best one out there. I've had it on my iPad for weeks, in and out of its sleeve and other cases and no problems with it coming up or anything. It was so easy to install with no bubbles! Soon I will get the protection for my MacBook Pro!

The iVisor AG screen protectors are the best screen protectors of any I have purchased. I have purchased these screen protectors for my iPhone and both the iPad and iPad 2. This is by far the easiest no nonsense screen protector out there. Its very thin (I expected it to be kinda thick but it is not at all). Its easy to take off and clean and put back on again (No glue or messy stuff to apply its got some kinda of super 3M ish adhesive that will always stick back on the glass) SO far it is great dealing with fingerprints and smudges...I let my 3 1/2yo son play angry birds and not a print, smudge or scratch on it I love it. It also reduces the sun glare enough to read an eBook under the sun but not enough to watch a movie but thats cool I mostly use it for reading. (Posted on 5/5/11)

I don't have much faith in people who write reviews of something they have never actually used.

That being said, I, too, was concerned about spending $30 on a screen protector, but with Moshi's return policy, I decided to give it a try. I am quite glad I did, as this is easily the best screen protector I have ever used. For reference, I've tried just about every one on the market.

Delivery was quick, it installed in about 2 minutes, and looks perfect. No bubbles, no prisms, no stray minute lint, nothing but but super sharp visuals and silky smooth navigation. The matte finish helps greatly with glare without sacrificing resolution. The gap is not even noticeable when it comes to touch sensitivity. The edge thickness was not even an issue as I was still able to install a tight fitting TPU cover over it without upsetting the edges.

Anyone who thinks they don't need a screen protector, has never seen the majority of used products for sale on sites like Craigslist that look like they went thru a hockey game as the puck!

Bottom line. It is well worth the money, as all quality things are. (Posted on 4/26/11)
